Patty’s A Bride! Last week, Patty made one more attempt to reunite with Jack. As
usual, Patty doesn’t take rejection well. However, there’s more trouble brewing
for Jack and Genevieve’s relationship, when Genevieve’s secret purchase of
Beauty of Nature starts to become public knowledge - and it’s Nikki who tips off
Jack! Meanwhile, Paul and Ronan question Deacon about anyone else he may have
seen in the park the night of Diane’s death. When Sharpe remembers noticing a
woman who seemed to be fixated on cats, Paul presents a picture of Patty. Deacon
positively identifies her. Ronan and Paul rush to the church, where Jack’s
wedding is set to take place. At the same time, Tucker greets Emily at Crimson
Lights, and she’s surprised when Tucker mentions that he saw her earlier. The
shrink responds that she hasn’t seen him since December, and then comes to a
horrifying conclusion. At Genevieve’s house, Patty comes across a note that her
boss has just written. Genevieve hands the letter to a messenger and leaves with
her luggage. At the church, Jack is miffed as he waits for his bride to arrive,
but outside, Patty, now wearing Genevieve’s wedding dress, knocks out the
messenger. With the veil hiding her face, Patty enters the church and walks down
the aisle. Everyone is shocked when she pulls out a gun!
Problems For Adam And Sharon! Now that he’s reconciled with Nikki, Victor has
Sharon’s belongings moved out of the main house and back to her old residence.
Victor then personally delivers annulment papers, along with the warning that he
will no longer support her sharing custody of Faith if Sharon insists on seeing
Adam. As Sharon figures out her next move, Adam finds Patty hiding out in the
potting shed. Adam spies Patty with a gun and figures out that she plans to
crash Jack’s wedding to Genevieve. Adam wants to help Patty realize that Jack
will never love her and tries to stop her. Patty grabs a liquid plant food and
throws it in Adam’s face. Patty takes off and Sharon is horrified to come across
Adam lying on the ground, still unconscious. After she calls for an ambulance,
he finally wakes up, but panics when he can’t see.
This Week: Ronan finally gets the answers he’s looking for. Ricky betrays his
family in the pursuit of a big story. Victor makes an overture to Genevieve.
Can’t Miss: Cane proposes to Lily on 2/3.
SOD 2/7/12
Patty: Wedding Crasher! This week is Genevieve and Jack’s wedding, which means
Patty is in a very bad place. It didn’t help that last week, she posed as Emily
and asked Jack for a reconciliation and he turned her down. On the big day,
Nikki congratulates the groom, but drops a bombshell: Genevieve is the new owner
of Beauty of Nature. While Jack reels, Cane angrily confronts his mother about
her hush-hush deal, but Genevieve insists that Jack will understand. Meanwhile,
Paul and Ronan question Deacon about who he saw in the park on the night of
Diane’s murder. When Paul shows Deacon a photo of his sister, Deacon confirms
she was there. Realizing that Patty would only risk coming back to Genoa City
because of Jack, Ronan and Paul rush to the church. Guests gather at the church
and an angry Jack wants to talk to Genevieve before the ceremony, but there’s no
sign of her - because she’s decided to call off the wedding. Genevieve pens a
letter to Jack, confessing that she bought Beauty of Nature and is leaving town
for a while. Genevieve sends a messenger to the church with the letter, but
Emily intercepts it. The wedding begins and the “bride” walks down the aisle.
Patty then takes out a gun and pulls the trigger.
